What machines are used to make sanitary pads

The Sanitary Napkin Production Line is used to make santiary napkin which is high speed and stable running. The manufacturing process for sanitary pads involves several parts that are used to produce different components of the final product. Here are some of the machines commonly used in the production of sanitary pads:


Reasonable and firm square steel frame, processed panel 25mm thick, fixed frame with 60mm solid square steel, base frame with square steel 150mm* 150mm, square steel frame,have foot pedal.

2. Pulverizer system

1) Wood pulp frame, feeding using sliding motor automatic lifting device, reduce the trouble of wood pulp loading and unloading, can realize non-stop refueling.

2) saw blade type high-speed grinder, can pulverize untreated pulp, semi-treated pulp and treated pulp (roll paddle) .

3) Cotton pulp feeding adopts servo control, which can automatically adjust the feeding amount according to the change of production speed to ensure that the weight of each piece of product is even when the equipment is running at high speed or low speed.


3. Cotton forming system :(straight cotton round head cutting)

1) For continuous defilm forming, the width of cotton core can be adjustable within 68-75mm.

2) Network wheel air suction adopts side suction form to increase the air absorption area, and the cotton is strong and soft.

3) Sprinkle the polymer into the cotton warehouse and mix.

4) Cotton pulp partition cotton, flow diversion layer (no SAP), mixing layer (well and evenly mixed with SAP), bottom layer (no SAP).

5) Equipped with a highly adjustable rotary brush to control the thickness of the cotton core

6) Cotton forming fan power 45KW fan, dust collection recovery device.


4. SAP application system



  • Spread ability: 0.2-0.8 g /pcs.
  • Using servo control, the gram weight ratio can be adjusted on the touch screen according to the product needs
  • Double-screw propulsion quantitative mixing is applied to the cotton warehouse and mixed with the cotton core
  • Continuous quantitative and uniform application, reasonable application position, position limit detection and alarm, SAP electric eye detection and automatic lifting to the material barrel




5. Lower tissue paper or Puffing paper unit:

2) Detection of intermediate joint of material, automatic removal and waste equipped with Automaitc web guider 1.


6. SAP paper unit(diameter :1200mm)

1) Gas expansion shaft material frame, A, B axis frequency conversion open rolling, constant tension control, zero-speed material replacement, receiving secondary products automatically removed.

2) Detection of intermediate joint of material, automatic waste removal, equipped with Automaitc web guider 2, short cut and transfer.

10. Leg cuff non-woven unit

2) Detection of intermediate joint of material, automatic removal equipped with Automaitc web guider (5.6.7)


11. Topsheet Non-woven unit

(1) Gas expansion shaft material frame, A, B axis frequency conversion open rolling, constant tension control, zero-speed material replacement, receiving secondary products automatically removed.

(2) Detection of intermediate joint of material, automatic removal and waste equipped with Automaitc web guider (8).

(3) Automaitc web guider 9 after splicing of topsheet & hydrophobic non-woven .

(4) Continuous embossing after three-piece coating, core and non-woven cloth bonding after the pressure guide groove.


12. Back film unit

1) Gas expansion shaft material frame, A, B axis frequency conversion open rolling, constant tension control, zero-speed material replacement, receiving secondary products automatically removed.

2) Detection of material intermediate joint, automatic waste removal, and equipped with Automaitc web guider (10).


13. Medium paste detached paper frequency conversion and roll, automatic feeding with turntable, equipped with Automaitc web guider (11).

15. After the product folding wing paste off the paper frequency conversion winding, automatic feeding with a turntable, equipped with Automaitc web guider (12).

25. Other configuration features:

1) The pipeline has centralized gas distribution and integrated suction tank to ensure that the flat belt does not deviate, and can be retracted on both sides and easy to operate.

2) Main transfer body shall be equipped with safety protective plate.

3) The side plate of the blade frame is integrated to ensure the parallel slider, enhanced overall steel performance and improved accuracy, made of 45 # steel, and the inner and outer side plate is 35mm thick.

4) The negative pressure of the whole machine adopts the centrifugal fan.

5) Unified fast joint for centralized transportation, connecting the nearest gas pipe and arrange the pipe neatly.

6) All wires are installed in the groove and wired neatly.


26. Heating system:

1) Import of power supply and removal of temperature signal by mercury collector ring.

2) The heating element of heating the rotor adopts the electric heating tube.

3)The heating rotor adopts cylinder pressure. When shutdown, all the heating rotors are automatically lifted, automatically reset during startup, and can be independently controlled independently.


27. Electrical part characteristics:

1) PLC

2) Touch screen operation of human-computer interface, can realize human-computer dialogue, parameters set on the screen, display and view the fault or modify the data.

3) The sensor adopts proximity switch, photoelectric switch and encoder.

4) Warning lamp, bell tone automatic alarm function, and turn-on indicator lamp is installed at obvious parts on the top of the equipment.

5) When the material is changed, automatically remember the position of the joint, and automatically discharge the waste.

6) In the position of waste elimination, the waste is excluded automatically, and the number of 3-5 pieces can be adjusted.

7) Emergency stop switches are installed on the operating side and safety lines on the transmission side.


28. Cooperate with the rubber machine:

1) Combined with the hot melt glue machine, it can realize automatic coating, automatic stop and manual control.

2) Install baffle under all spray stations, spray place with lighting (safety voltage: 24V).

3) the excessive wheel of spraying station using flame plating , adhesive.
